As a senior user experience consultant: worked with various banks and financial service industry leaders including UBS, Morgan Stanley, HSBC, Wells Fargo, and Jefferies, helping clients harness empathy and user-centric paradigms to elevate the customer experience. From providing UX strategy and insights for low code platform services, to collaborating with robust, cross-functional teams, there was a driven effort to hone relationships with clients and help our stakeholders stand up the best customer experience, through customer-led insights. Led multiple projects ranging from UX subject-matter expert on a lean production teams to design-doer on heavy, complicated applications, to coordinating product shoots, brand explainer videos and motion graphics projects. Have worked on applications across many platforms on mobile, desktop and tablet breakpoints.

UX Designer
Produced multi-platform designs for concepts and products, including self-service tools, awareness videos, How-To animations, product posters and other media. Provided UX/UI support for internal facing product, created data-driven infographics for leadership that highlighted impacts in the organization. Assisted in the visual direction for the user interface of the company intranet. Was part of a program called "Kill the Tail" which sought to consolidate redundant applications within the Global Technology Infrastructure organization. This would go to help save JP Morgan hundreds of thousands of dollars.
