I'm passionate about addressing genuine challenges at the intersection of user needs and business objectives. My approach is strategic and collaborative, utilizing research, systems thinking, storyboarding, and a focused product perspective to create solutions that function effectively and scale. Whether a design system or enhancing a new feature, my primary aim is to craft meaningful and impactful experiences.

P2P

Peer-to-peer payments shouldn’t feel like peer-to-peer pressure. I redesigned the flow to be faster, clearer, and actually enjoyable, cutting friction and boosting user confidence.

Design System

What began as a scattered collection of component sticker sheets and duplicative code across multiple products evolved into a design system that spoke to how we collaborated as a company.

Motion

Highlighting the use of a structured, deliberate approach to interaction and motion design using core UX principles to drive engagement between the user and the product.​​

How we ended up designing an online only, mobile banking experience that reflected insights on decisions, wants, and needs of a segment of the millennial demographic.
